Egg Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking power
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Mix and sift the dry ingredients. Add beaten yolks, butter and milk. Beat well; cut and fold in the stiffly beaten whites. Bake in muffin pans.
