Chocolate Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated chocolate
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 cup citron cut in small pieces
Instructions
Cream butter; add sugar gradually, yolks of eggs, flour, citron, and salt. Beat well; add egg whites. Pour into greased pans and bake.
