Boston Ginger Snaps Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cupful of sugar
- 1 cupful of molasses
- 1 cupful melted butter
- 1 cupful milk or water
- 1 teaspoonful soda
- 1 tablespoonful ginger
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Boil the sugar and molasses together. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Flour to roll. Roll very thin. They should be stiff as can be rolled out. Bake.
