Brown Sugar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teasp. soda
- 2 tbsps. water
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teasp. baking-powder
- granulated sugar
Instructions
- Cream butter.
- Mix soda with water.
- Sift flour with baking powder.
- Add brown sugar, eggs, the soda and water mixture, and flour to the butter.
- Refrigerate dough overnight.
- Roll and cut out in small cakes
- Dust with granulated sugar.
- Bake.
