Cocoa Coconut Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup chocolate powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Mix ingredients in order given. Chill, roll 1/4 inch thick, and shape with cooky cutter. Bake in moderate oven.
