Chocolate and Almond Pudding Recipe

Instructions

Mix and cook 1/2 cup each, milk, flour, grated chocolate, and 1 tbsp. butter until boiling, turn out, cool, and add 5 yolks beaten with 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 hour, beating constantly, and 1 cup minced almonds and 1 tbsp. vanilla. Fold in the beaten whites, fill buttered mould, steam 1 hour, and serve with hard sauce.
