Easy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla (corn or flour tortilla may be substituted)
- pizza sauce (any kind)
- shredded mexican blend cheese (mozarella or cheese of your choice may be substituted)
- thyme
- Toppings of your choice: pepperoni, bacon, green pepper, black or green olives, onion, ham, mushrooms
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Spray Pam on baking sheet.
- Place tortilla on baking sheet.
- Add pizza sauce, toppings of your choice and cheese.
- Sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon of thyme on top of cheese.
- Bake in oven approximately 15 minutes or until tortilla is crispy and cheese is slightly bubbly.
- Cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
Note-the thyme may be omitted, but it gives more of an Italian flavor if used.
