Boiled Cream Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
Melt butter; add flour, seasonings, egg and vinegar; cook until thick; add beaten cream. Beat well, chill, and serve.
