Chestnut Sauce Recipe
Cook 2 tbsps. chicken or turkey fat with 2 of flour, add salt, pepper, 1 1/2 cups chicken or turkey stock, 1 cup boiled and mashed chestnuts, and 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup or pulp. Serve with turkey or chicken.
