Chicken Sauce Recipe
Cook 1 tbsp. butter with 1 of flour, add salt, cayenne, 1 cup hot chicken stock, 1 cup chicken, minced or cut in dice, 1 tbsp. parsley, and 2 yolks beaten with 1/4 cup cream. Serve with sweetbreads.
