Diable Sauce Recipe
Cook 1 minced onion and 2 tomatoes in a little butter or drippings, add 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar, 1/2 teasp. curry, 1/2 teasp. French mustard, and 2 cups beef stock. Simmer until reduced one-half, add 2 tbsps. butter, color red, and add capers and tiny sliced gherkins.
