Mint Sauce Recipe
Pick leaves from 1 bunch mint, chop fine, add 1/4 cup boiling water and 1 tbsp. sugar. Cover and keep warm for 1/2 hour. Add 2 tbsps. vinegar and 1/4 teasp. each salt and paprika. Serve warm, but not hot.
