Mushroom White Sauce Recipe
Cook 2 tbsps. butter, 2 of flour, add 1 cup chicken, white or fish stock, and when boiling add 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced thin and sauted in butter. When ready to serve add 1 tbsp. white wine and 1/4 cup cream.
