Mustard Sauce Recipe
To 3 tbsps. cold mashed potato add 2 tbsps. oil, 1 of French mustard, 2 tbsps. vinegar, 1/2 teasp. each salt and sugar, and 3 drops Tabasco. Soften with cream to consistency of mayonnaise.
