Easy Orange Sauce Recipe
Cook 2 tbsps. butter with 2 of flour, add 3/4 cup stock,1/2 teasp. made mustard, 1/2 cup currant jelly, 1/4 cup red wine, little salt and paprika, the juice of 1 orange, and the shredded peel boiled in two waters until tender. Strain, add 1 tbsp. butter, and serve with game.
