Orange Sauce Recipe
Grate rind of 2 blood oranges, add juice and the juice of 1/2 lemon, 5 tbsps. currant jelly, 2 tbsps. sherry, 2 tbsps. sugar, and a little salt and cayenne. A little minced mint may be added. Serve with roast lamb.
