Vinaigrette Sauce Recipe
Put in a bowl 6 tbsps. oil, 1 tbsp. each minced gherkins, parsley, green peppers, beets, tarragon, and chives. Add 1/2 teasp. salt, 1/4 teasp. paprika, 1 clove garlic, and 3 tbsps. vinegar. Add piece of ice and stir with a fork until thick. Remove ice and garlic and serve at once.
